Data processed and purposes
This website is an informational showcase and requires no registration. We process personal data (name, contact details, message content) only when you voluntarily contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, in order to answer your requests and manage your stay. Legal basis: pre-contractual and contractual measures (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Bookings via Kross Booking
Bookings take place on the external Kross Booking platform (salentocasevacanze.kross.travel), which processes booking and payment data according to its own privacy notice, available on the platform. Data of confirmed guests is also processed to comply with legal obligations (guest registration, tourist tax, tax requirements).
Cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 only with your prior consent given via the banner (analytics cookies are not set if you reject or make no choice). Data is collected in aggregate form with anonymised IP by Google Ireland Ltd. Technical browser storage (localStorage) is also used to remember your choice. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Fonts are hosted locally.
Hosting and logs
The website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). Like any hosting service, GitHub may collect technical logs (IP addresses) for security purposes, according to its own privacy policy.
