Terms and Conditions
Standard booking
To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total is required by bank transfer or credit card. The balance is due on arrival.
Non-refundable rate
A discounted offer, with the full amount paid in advance by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellations
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the deposit being retained; it can be reused within 12 months of the cancellation date for another stay.
The properties
The properties on this site are private homes used for tourism purposes. Rental prices are per accommodation and for the entire period selected in the booking widget.
Utilities package
The utilities package, € 21.00 per person per week, includes: water, electricity, gas, and bed and bathroom linen on arrival. Properties are handed over clean and tidy.
Final cleaning
At the end of the stay the kitchenette and dishes must be returned clean, otherwise € 30.00 will be charged. Final cleaning with sanitisation: € 85.00 three-room, € 65.00 two-room, € 50.00 studio.
Pets
Pets are allowed in some apartments only on request.
Liability
Guests are responsible for the property, may not alter it and must return it in the state in which it was delivered. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Lecce, Italy.
